Nathan’s career in commercial real estate follows in the footsteps of his family’s intense involvement in the industry for generations. Over the last four years, he has had extensive experience helping clients Buy, Sell and Lease medical office, office, industrial, retail, land, and investment properties. His dedication and perseverance to negotiate the best possible deal for his clients is reflected every day by his hard work, determination, quick follow-through, and availability.

Born and raised in Tampa, as a 4th generation Tampanian, Nathan has built a passion for participating in the success and growth of the Tampa Bay Area and the businesses within it. To him, every day provides an opportunity to engage with clients and to problem-solve his way through the most difficult of lease and sale negotiations. He strives to attain the highest price and rate for Sellers and Landlords and the best value for Buyers and tenants.
